Halal: how to disentangle the truth of the forgery

Is the meat halal, i.e. shot down according to a precise Moslem rite, largely present in our plates? Not, according to the professionals whom we questioned.

The halal is invited in the countryside of the presidential one. The meat halal is not necessarily labelled

TRUTH AND FORGERY. The market of the halal currently amounts to approximately 5 Mds and increases by approximately 10% per annum.
