A fire declared beginning of afternoon with Pantin, on the 4th floor of a building of Puppet-Habitat in the Hoche district, for a still unknown reason.
The inhabitants had been able all to evacuate the places before the arrival of the firemen. Those which succeeded in controlling the disaster around 3 p.m.
The fire caused important, visible flames in all the district. A person was slightly burned with the arms.
