Murder of the bridge of Neuilly: 30 years of prison for David Sagno

David Sagno was condemned Thursday by the Court of Assizes of the Hauts-de-Seine to a 30 years sorrow of imprisonment for the murder of two women to the bridge of Neuilly. One of them had involved the judgment of Marc Machin, then released. The judgment was supplied with one security period representing two thirds of the sorrow.

In the night of March 3, 2008, David Sagno had gone to the police station of Defense (Hauts-de-Seine) to show murders of Marie-Agnes Bedot, on May 1 December 2001, and of Maria-Judith Araujo, on May 22, 2002, clerk with the bridge of Neuilly. If the second murder had never been elucidated, the first had led to the judgment at 18 years of reclusion of Marc Machin, 19 years old at the time of the facts.
