At the beginning of last year, two of the five children Lavier, a boy and a girl of 10 and 11 years, had denounced ill-treatments without sexual character, after having running away and being placed in a maternal assistant.
A video going back to March 2009, taken at the time of a sprinkled festival and putting in scene more or less stripped adults simulating sex acts in the presence of children, had then been seized in the residence of Lavier, at the time of a consecutive searching to discovered these facts. Thereafter, other photographs and vidéos of a half-dozen of similar evenings, had been discovered.
The magistrates' court of Boulogne-sur-Mer estimated that if these last facts were morally reprehensible, penal offence was not made up. The will to corrupt the minors is indeed not proven.
