After a carryforward last July, the lawsuit of two of discharged business Outreau, Franck and Sandrine Lavier, for usual corruption of minors and violences on minors, opens today in front of the magistrates' court of Boulogne-sur-Mer (Pas-de-Calais). At the beginning of 2011, two of their six children had denounced ill-treatments in nonsexual matter at the time of a running away in their former nurse. Seizure of several documents in the residence of the couple, whose several vidéos and photographs with sexual character carried out at the time of evenings to which children assisted, are worth moreover the continuations for corruption of minors to them. The husbands, old of 33 and 34 years, did not recognize the facts. They incur up to seven years of prison and 100000 of fine. Their lawyers, My Berton, Lescène and Simonneau, intend to raise several nullities of procedure. Four close relations of Lavier are judged at their sides.
