Real estate: one m2 in the old one in Paris is worth from now on 8390 euros

Stone forever be also expensive! The prices of the old residences in Paris beat a new record at the fourth quarters 2011. The tariff of the average square meter reaches from now on 8390 euros is a rise of 14,7% on the whole of the year!

For whole France, the rise in the prices of the old residences on the whole of the year is of 4,3%.

The rise reaches 6,7% for the prices of the apartments and 2,6% for the price of the houses. In province, the prices were almost stable at the fourth quarters, with a light fall of 0,1%.

Towards a fall in Ile-de-France?

The precise observation of the provided figures by INSEE and the room of the notaries of Ile-de-France assembles nevertheless a sudden deceleration of the rise in the last quarters 2011. The number of sale thus dropped by 22% compared to the previous year which nevertheless had been an exceptional vintage, carried by many tax assistances and financial support with the investment. 

During the last three months of the year, the prices stagnated in Paris will intra muros, in the Hauts-de-Seine and Yvelines. In the remainder of the area, they started to drop. A tendency which could continue in 2012. The Room of the notaries of Paris/Ile-de-France estimates indeed that the prices could drop in a fork by 5 to 10%.  But this rupture with the long cycle bull (...) will be durable only if the new building accelerates durably in Ile-de-France during several years, the notaries prevent.
